Dave has helped my family with the sale of 2 homes recently. He made the experiences so smooth and uncomplicated for everyone involved. Any time we reached out to Dave with questions or concerns, he responded immediately. My entire family felt that he gave 100% of himself towards our needs in an effort to get the best sale price possible; while also giving a sense of personal connection. He is extremely knowledgeable with regards to the market and its idiosyncrasies. I have know Dave for many years and will not hesitate to use him in the future, should the need arise.

David Martin worked with my family last year to sell my grandma's house and were so pleased with the excellent service he provided, that once I decided to sell my house there was no question of who I would choose to work with this year.
With David's help, the process kept me busy, but it also fly by quick and smooth!
He was responsive to emails, texts and calls throughout the process, provided a timeline and was always punctual, kept me informed of every next step, and provided a wealth of knowledge along the way.
For my first experience selling a home, David shouldered all of the stress by anticipating needs and staying in constant communication, which actually made the potentially emotional process fun and enjoyable.
I truly believe his expertise is what led to the prompt and profitable sale of my house.

I’ve known David Martin since he was a young Child. I’ve always known him to be a person of integrity, caring and professionalism. I’ve witnessed this in him around others as well.
Because of this, I asked for his help in listing and selling my parents’ house in December of 2020. My parents were in their home for 52 years. So David knew the emotional connection of selling their home.
He was very good at listening to what I had to say and responded with thoughtful insight. This helped me to understand the realities of my situation without sacrificing the emotional aspects.
David understood the market place at the time of sale and guided me through the options that made the most since. Again, always answering my continued questions along the way.
We decided to stage the home and had to do some minor repairs and upgrades. He coordinated all of the entities that were involved with getting the work done. Alleviating a lot of stress.
I am glad to say that the house sold quickly with many offers! David continued to follow through with me until everything was closed and even after, to make sure I was satisfied.
You can be assured that he will do the same for everyone.

I used David Martin to sell a house.
David was a pleasure to work with.
When we first contacted David, he immediately began working for us.
He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire house selling process, and moved very quickly on every aspect.
Whenever we had any questions or concerns about anything, he always responded right away.
The sale was quick and painless. It was only about ten weeks from the time the house became available, after the renters moved out, until the
money was in the bank.
He took care of all the details and responded quickly to all of our needs.
For the most part, all we had to do was make a few minor decisions and sign paperwork.
The whole process was a breeze.

I would definitely use David again and I would definitely recommend David to to anyone buying or selling a house.

David has sold many homes in our neighborhood and we have had the opportunity to walk through many of them. We were always very impressed by his work. Recently, we hired David to sell my Mom's house after she passed away. David was always available on short notice to answer our questions any time of the day (or night). We wondered when he had time to sleep. He worked amazingly hard in a short period of time, and after a very busy month of preparation, started showing the house over a weekend. Three days later (with multiple offers) we accepted an offer, much higher than we expected. Based on our experience working with David, we definitely would work with him again when it comes time to sell our own house.

David Martin was tremendously helpful and did an amazing job in selling the house. From taking the time to explain the documents that were being signed to following up with the buyer’s lender he was extremely helpful throughout the process. David was always very responsive and handled questions in a timely manner. He is also very knowledgeable with all aspects of the process and the local area. We cannot recommend David more; he made what could be a difficult process much easier with his knowledge, professionalism and sense of humor.

David was the agent for the recent sale of our house in San Mateo. He was available 24/7 and always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. He is calm, collected, nice, and very knowledgeable of the local markets.
We currently live two hours away so David arranged and coordinated the work that needed to be done. These included painting (inside and out), floor repair, new appliances, fixtures, gardening, trash removal, and staging for the open house. I never had to rush over to solve a problem. A godsend.
I have bought and sold numerous homes for both personal use and investment. This was by far the smoothest. Obviously, I recommend that you use his services.

As a widow and mom of a special needs young adult, I can never be too safe when working when working with someone who needs to come into my home and interact with my child, so when I report that I not only purchased my wonderful and very loved home in The Village in 2011 from David Martin at a great price, but when we needed to move to live on the coast, I immediately called David to come help us!

In selling my home, David brought his smart, sophisticated, and masterful artisans (truly craftspeople!) to give my home the update it needed. In fact, once completed, it made it tougher for us to say goodbye to our beloved home and neighborhood because he made the house look great! (David has so many talents and we think he could also be a great interior designer, but he will only blush if you told him that he is gifted in this area, as well.)

Then there is the issue of paperwork and pricing and he has INTEGRITY X 10 and truly knows the business; and therefore, everything he promised, came true.

If ever we need to move, again, I would beg David Martin to come sell my home!
