We met Dave completely by chance lol. I saw a house online and my husband and I decided we wanted to see it and it was Dave that I reached when I emailed about the house.
He was amazing from day 1! He gave my husband and I some great information to get started and was very candid with us. He put so much time energy and effort in to help us...and we did it, we found a house and my husband and I just signed our closing docs a week ago!! He even recommended a couple of mortgage lenders that he's worked with and had a good experiences with... And we had a great experience with the lender too.
The thing about Dave is he will absolutely shoot straight with you and he just genuinely cares about people. You don't find that often nowadays especially with any kind of money on the line. He's extremely knowledgeable and goes over and above for his clients! I kind of panicked about my closing docs and he drove to my city and met me at a coffee place and went over the docs with me and answered all 137 questions I think I threw at him that day lol. He also constantly assured this crazy overemotional woman that all these crazy mixed feelings are normal lol. My husband will tell you I'm a bit uhh emotional (I've always been a "little" (my husband would laugh his buns off if he sees the word little to describe my craziness lol) over anxious, but for some reason buying a house put the fear of God into me lol) already lol.. it got way worse lol and Dave took this crazy woman's "breakdowns" in stride. lol. And he never tried to push us at all! We never felt any pressure to buy more so he made more... a couple of of friends worked with realtors who were constantly trying to push them into more house/money than they wanted and we got none of that from Dave.
I have actually already recommended him to one friend who is getting ready to start looking for a house and I'd recommend him to any of our friends and family. Thanks again Dave!!!

We were looking for a home a year already before reaching out to Dave. My wife and I were in a special situation that called for true patients from a realator. That is what you can expect from Dave. It took us about a year working with Dave with our situation constantly changing with where we want/need to live to what we were looking for. We were a first time home buyer so that didn’t help finding want we really needed either.
Dave worked with us throughout the whole process and not once did he make us feel like we were being too picky or taking too long. He had mentioned many times, “When the right one comes along you will know.” regardless of the list. Well he was right. We are very pleased with our home. Very happy the day finally came.

David is awesome! I highly recommend him to sell your house or help you buy a home. He is Very honest, nice, and straight forward. He handled everything great & made it all easy. He is very knowledgeable. He answered my call every time I called & when he couldn’t take my call, he would call me back immediately when he could. He always had answers to my questions and If he didn’t have an answer to my questions he’d find out & call me back. He sold our house in 4 days and We got the amount that we wanted. We told David what we are looking to buy & he immediately found houses to look at. He was honest about the houses we did look at, instead of just trying to sell us a home. David made selling and buying smooth & easy. 😊
