David Park leads the Centurion Group, a distinguished team of Global Real Estate Advisors at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate investment, management, and development, David founded the Centurion Group in 2017. In just its second year, the team gained recognition by WSJ/Real Trends as one of the top-performing real estate teams.
A retired U.S. Army Major, David brings more than 23 years of military experience, including five combat tours in the Middle East and two in Korea. His extensive military background has equipped him with unmatched skills in high-stakes negotiations, tactical leadership, and the management of complex, large-scale commercial projects. David excels in steering projects through challenges, ensuring developers’ needs and clients' interests are prioritized and met.
David’s expertise is focused on commercial real estate, particularly in multi-family, mixed-use, and luxury developments. He has a deep understanding of the local real estate markets across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, and works closely with developers to identify opportunities and drive project success. His international experience, having worked in the Middle East, Central Asia, and East Asia, gives him a global perspective, which is invaluable when engaging with international investors and developers. Fluent in English and Korean, David divides his time between the D.C. metro area and Tokyo, Japan, where his family resides. This international presence allows him to bridge markets and connect developers with global investment opportunities.
David’s leadership is grounded in transparency, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-caliber real estate solutions. Outside of his real estate work, David remains an active member of the Military Officers Association of America, the Army and Navy Club, and the Georgetown University Alumni Association.
