Dave was the perfect choice for us as a realtor, after bad experiences with two other local realtors. He came highly recommended, and didn’t disappoint. He is a consummate professional, honest and authentic, and genuinely cares about making everything work out well for his clients. There is no pressure, but genuine advice and helpful perspectives. He went above and beyond to help us get the house we’d set our sights on. Excellent follow-through after the sale also. We’ll definitely work with him again next time we’re buying/seling.

Dave was outstanding through the entire home buying process. We were first time home buyers and as nervous as you could be. He was responsive and always communicated thoroughly. He did not pressure us to look at anything that he knew would not interest us and was always honest. When we found the house for us he went to "bat" bat for us. Dave guided us through our options and updated us during the negotiations. His recommendations on a mortgage lender and home inspector were top notch and we were so pleased with how thy communicated and worked with us. Dave is a phenomenal realtor and one of the best around. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a home or land in the New River Valley.
