I was looking for a NM realtor to help me sell my mothers house, but I unfortunately lived far away in Florida. I picked David Roewe based on others recommendations and I was not disappointed. From day one David was fully dedicated to selling the property. While other realtors were still trying to tie their shoelaces, David was on the property and helping to evaluate it. The quick dedicated response was what initially hinted that I had made the correct choice. Soon after he helped choose local contractors to get the old place looking great again and for the right price. All the repairs were done quickly and efficiently with David working alongside them every step of the way. Even with me being thousands of miles away, I felt that I was being cared for like a local. Shortly after the property went on the market it sold for a good price. Paperwork and closing was simple and straightforward with David's help. Our experience with David Roewe was very satisfying. This is the first time we have gone through the experience of purchasing a home. The process was both exciting and stressful, however, David was very confident and helped the process run smoothly. e re-located from San Jose CA to live closer to family. We had previously visited the area but did not focus on a property search at the time. We began searching on-line but unfamiliar with the locations. Here comes Dave. I just bought my first home, and I was fortunate to have David as an agent. David got me through the entire home buying process, from making an offer to preparing for closing.
