I have an engineering background and worked in Aerospace on multiple Space Shuttle missions. I became licensed in 2011 with an interest in Real Estate as an investment vehicle and have studied creative buying, selling and sales strategies both nationally and locally, including Rent to Own, Lease Purchase and Owner Financing transactions.

I have problem solving skills of a highly analytical and detail nature allowing me to quickly access data and turn it into useful information to help you make the best business decisions in today’s fast paced market. I have also managed projects of national importance requiring the cooperation of multiple agencies employing people of diverse education, backgrounds and national origin and will bring that experience to our relationship.

As a marketer, I have been immersed with the most significant medium of our time: VIDEO. I was an early contributor in the development of the Reveeo real estate video and social marketing platform. I work differently than most agents in that I have the keen sense of where, when and how to use the latest in technology to market your home and put you in front of the most buyers, not only locally but globally!
