We lost our dear father at the beginning of 2020 and our mother was left living in our family home of 42 years by herself. She worried about having to maintain the house day-to-day and having to do repairs if anything broke. We decided that it was best for her to downsize and sell the house. After researching the best realtors in the area, we called Dave. He was over to the house in less than an hour. From the time he walked in the door, his expertise and kindness was very evident to us. We knew we found the best realtor to sell the house. He provided helpful tips for staging and made arrangements to get the ball rolling. The house went up for sale on a Friday and Monday morning we had 5 offers! We closed without a hitch 6 weeks later! Dave was outstanding and always there along the way if we needed any questions answered, or advice. He took care of everything and most importantly, he was empathetic and kind in a very difficult time for our mother. We cannot recommend Dave enough, or thank him enough for all he did. He is professional, knowledgeable and just an expert in his field. Something good did happen in the sadness and chaos that was 2020 and that was Dave Schiavone!

We had such a wonderful, solid experience with David Schiavone at Coldwell Banker Schiavone & Associates. We began our house search in the midst of the pandemic, and, I gotta be honest here, we never actually saw his full face as facemasks were always worn during each tour! But we didn’t mind, because we appreciated his safety protocols and professionalism, and David is all that and more. He was always there for us to answer first-time home buyer questions, and his knowledge of the Bordentown area helped us find our new home. David’s recommendations for a mortgage lender and a lawyer also paved the way to a smooth closing. He is genuinely pleasant and easy to talk to—the comfortability we felt with him confirmed that we made the right decision to work with him. We highly recommend David and wish him nothing but the best in the future!

David got us top dollar for our home. Plus, closing was super smooth... he managed to coordinate it so that closing on the sale of our old house happened the same day as closing of our new house! Not only did David get us great deals on both homes, he made sure the whole process was seamless. After closing, David followed up to make sure we were happy. Ask him about the Kousa Dogwood tree he hooked us up with.
