One of the best compliments a realtor can get, Is when a client is a repeat client. We have had David sell 5 homes for us in the last couple of years. Every single sell of each home was smooth, efficient and fast, David had amazing Communication and kept us aware of everything happening along the way. I think I have run out of houses to Sell
( thanks to David) but if I did, He would be the one I would call again and again.

Super easy home buying experience! David was awesome in helping find the home we were looking for with all the specifications we wanted! He walked us through the closing process and made sure we were comfortable with the closing. He walked through the home with us multiple times to make sure there weren’t any issues with the home and he was always available on the phone or in person if we had any questions. We had all but given up on trying to buy a home in Phoenix that we truly loved. We were going to "settle", fix it up, and try again in 2 years.

David talked us into sticking with our ideal. He stuck with us, spent hours on the road visiting homes, put in offers late in the evenings, and did everything he could to make that promise stick.

He helped us find the home we truly wanted - not one we were stuck with. He babysat every piece of the offer, communication, appraisal, inspections, etc. He had a referral for everything we needed, and they were as amazing as he was.

Never once did I wonder "where did our realtor go?" Never once did I think, "welp, he got his commission and he's gone."

He was there every step of the way and was 100% in it all the way until he met us at the house after closing to give us the keys.

I couldn't recommend a realtor more. And I've worked with several. He was everything we needed and so much more.

Call David. You won't regret it.

David Schnepf is an EXCELLENT realtor! We recently sold our home through him, and we are so glad we chose him to be our realtor. He is the most patient, kind, and trustworthy man we know. When we put our house up for sale, we moved out of state. So whenever a question or problem came up, David was right on it and took care of it immediately. During the sale of the house, my husband passed away, and I was so worried about what would happen with our house. David jumped right in and took the wheel, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I found David through a friend who spoke really highly of him and sure enough after the first transaction he proved that he is honest, professional, communicative and very detail oriented. what I love most about David is he made me feel like family when we were shopping for homes. In this crazy, high demand, low inventory type market, I have had multiple transactions with David now. The best transaction was a condo that was already pending but unlike your typical realtor, David stepped outside the box and after a phone call with the agent found out that the buyer was wanting to cancel and I ended up getting the deal with equity. I highly recommend David to all my friends and family and anyone who needs a great realtor who is responsive, honest and is ready to make business happen. David was fantastic, knowing both the financial and housing decor trends to sell our house fast. We had a house on a busy street, had two offers within the month, and closed in two!
He took good care of us, watched the market closely, held showings, spread the word, walked through and gave us advice where our home could stand for some improvements, had great recommendations for painters and contractors, and did this all with a smile on his face. He never pushed us into a decision, but allowed us the space to make the decisions ourselves and offered his professional opinion.

We met David Schnepf about 10 yrs ago. We’ve know him to be a man of integrity and strong moral character. We now know him to be an excellent real estate agent.

David worked tirelessly to help us find a new build home. We spent over a year looking at many, many homes. I honestly thought we’d wear him out, not David. We finally found a home we really liked which took about 9 months to build. David managed all of this like a pro. Then it was time to list our current home; David really shined as our listing agent! We felt like we needed to update our home to get a fast sale and top price. That ended up being the case, we got a good price for our home and were under contract within a couple of weeks.

David helped us step by step through everything we needed to do from helping us get quotes from affordable industry experts, listing our home, did a full-out blitz with open house signs, took constant phone calls from buyers and over communicated with us to make sure we were informed as well as sought to have our desires carried out, all the while he remained calm as things got tense with negotiations that did not seem reasonable from the prospective buyer(s).

David proved to be a pro with his commitment to our family with everything he did to help us find a home to build and sell our existing home.

We sold our house through Ashby Realty. I don’t have the words to say what an incredible person and agent that David Schnepf is. I’ll try: we had to leave the state with our home unfinished for sale. David lined up help and performed much of the work himself to get it ready for sale: pool work, landscaping, roofing, plumbing, painting, electric, cleaning and more. Needless to say David sold our house for top dollar and went above and beyond anything we could ask or hope for!
