David Schwartz

When it comes time to make a real estate decision, it is very important to make sure that David Schwartz didn’t set out to be a realtor. Born in Schenectady and raised in Niskayuna, he graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 2005. He headed to Florida where he attended college and established a thriving career in the medical supply industry. Despite his success, something was missing. David wanted to help people and feel passionate about his work. He returned home to the Capital Region in 2016 and began his career in real estate.

With his bachelor’s degree in intercultural and organizational communication, David knows communication can make or break a deal as well as a relationship. His understanding of cultural differences helps clients from all backgrounds feel comfortable. His organizational know-how helps him juggle all the moving parts while keeping multiple people on task. His clients appreciate how hard he works and that nothing slips through the cracks. David says the best part of his job is being able to help his clients find one of the most important things in their lives: A place to call home! Whether you are looking for a home or a handyman, David is the king of “I know a guy….” He likes connecting with people and believes that, as a client, you deserve the benefits of his broad network.

David builds lasting relationships: His clients can count on him to be there before, during and long after the sale. David’s market is primarily single and multi-family homes located in Albany, Schenectady, and Rensselaer counties as well as southern Saratoga and eastern Fulton counties. He and his fiancée live on their “farm” in East Greenbush with their American Bulldog, Zoey, and 15 chickens.
