David Segro The Commuters Realtor helped me purchase my first home and he was the reason my experience was amazing.

He met with me to find out exactly what kind of house
I was looking for, where, my budget and answered all questions I had. Anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria he made sure I knew about it immediately. David always made the time weather it was a question I had or a house I wanted to go see. He put all my nerves of being a first time home buyer at rest.

I purchased my home during COVID-19 and the real estate market and mortgage guidelines where changing quickly. Dave stayed on top of everything from making sure that I was the first one into viewing a home since open houses were not aloud to making sure everything would go through with my mortgage.

He treated me like I was his only clients when I know he has MANY. He also has amazing connections in the world of home buying from mortgage brokers, lawyers and contractors. He make the process seem effortless. I could not have gone through this experience with anyone else.

Dave is personable and so kind, but don't let that fool you, he knows his stuff up and down and will fight for you! With multiple offers on the table he got my offer accepted 25k under asking price. He helped me stay calm and confident in the biggest purchase of my life.

His experience, availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness are all the qualities I looked for in a realtor. I can’t wait to work with Dave again. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.
