David Shehadi

Dave comes to Josiah Allen with vast business and real estate experience. After almost twenty years in commercial flooring calling on primarily corporate end users and architects, Dave relocated back to Vermont in 1998. Prior to coming to Josiah Allen Dave did several things. He developed residential real estate in the private sector, started a waste management company from scratch and sold it four years later to Cassella Waste Systems, was a partner in a real estate venture in Rutland that had over fifteen properties and over seventy rental units, and also is a partner in the Equinox Indoor Tennis Bubble and finds time to coach basketball . His family has been in the Mettowee Valley for almost forty years and Dave is familiar with the territory. He listens well, loves people and is a welcome addition to The Josiah Allen Family.
