David and his team (including Mike Funk as our loan officer) assisted us with both the sale of our existing home in NOVA and the purchase of our new home in Richmond. Having it be a one stop shop for the whole process was incredibly beneficial. The level of transparency throughout the process was instrumental in us maximizing our sale and finding the perfect home in a brand new city. David was great at giving us insights into the process and answering any and all questions we had and his team was a text away from start to finish. If we need a realtor in the future we will definitely be using them again and recommending to all family and friends in the area. The gift basket was a great touch as well!!

David is the man! I interviewed 3 other agents before listing my home, all of whom were much more seasoned than David. Every other agent wanted to move the home as quickly as possible- had a plan before talking to me. No one knows their home better than the homeowner. David listened, was enthusiastic- we devised a plan to maximize profit. He sold my house for more than I was expecting and much more than the other agents were expecting. In this intense and insane market David, and Brette and team made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. To be a first time buyer I was more than a bit nervous and anxious going into the process. That lasted about 10mins after speaking to Brette. She literally took all my concerns and worries off my shoulders and placed them on hers. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found them. They worked tiressly to make sure I found the home of my dreams for me and my family. From my indecisiveness and my optimism she was not only part of my realtor team she became my counselor. Once we found the right home David came in and was engaged an worked his brilliance. He gave me great Information and his opinion but made sure I was comfortable before hitting the negotiating table. And as I sit here hrs before closing on my home I'm still at awe of how quickly he got back to me and hearing those words "I think we got it". It was an absolute treat having David as my realtor to help me and my fiance buy our first home. We have been looking for awhile, and the market we are in has made it tough for us to make that big jump! David communicated our needs the whole way and whenever we requested something or asked a question - he was there to respond immediately.
