For the decade prior Dave designed and sold mechanical equipment for commercial real estate.

Dave is a certified drone pilot (FAA Part 107), has owned agricultural land near Palisade, Colorado, has owned a tree farm near Black Hawk, Colorado, has taught land surveying, and is an Eagle Scout. Mechanically savvy, Dave enjoys working on improving both land and buildings.
