David is a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. Together with his wife Patty, they have been serving Northern Virginia since 2006.
With over $50 million in sales in 2021, they are entering their 16th year serving buyers and sellers here, staying on top of the trends and changes to our market so that their clients can have the best and most successful real estate experience possible.
They both grew up in Alexandria and Fairfax County, graduating from George Mason University in 1988. So, they specialize in helping clients moving to our area to work in the DMV. They are especially fortunate to have assisted hundreds of Veterans find their ideal homes over the years. They have had the honor of helping clients move into our area from as far away as Dubai and Kazakhstan and as close as Washington DC and Baltimore.
When they are not selling homes, they enjoy volunteering at local animal rescues and spending time with their 2 rescued cats: Arthur (a leisurely 11-year-old Grey Gentleman) and Daisy (a 6-year-old dynamo of a kitty).
