As parents to two teenage daughters, David and Tracy also provide a valuable perspective to families in the market and can help plan to ease the transition.

Originally from a small town in South Carolina, David grew up surrounded by family in construction and real estate development who instilled in him the value of challenging work. After graduating Dean’s List from The Citadel with a degree in Business Administration, he joined his family in developing residential investment properties. Since moving to California in 2004, he has found success advising buyers and matchmaking them with their dream properties, maximizing returns for sellers and managing his own investments.

As much time as David devotes to real estate, he also makes sure to prioritize his family and giving back to the community. One of his proudest achievements has been in leading contributions to various charitable endeavors. He and Tracy spend as much time as they can with their daughters, attending concerts and catching LAFC, Lakers, Dodgers and Chargers games.
