David Spanbauer

Having worked in the family sporting goods retail business for 40+years David entered a new career in the real estate world about 10 years ago. Through all the principles of hard work, dedication, desire and positive attitude to succeed in your own business he feels he has the extensive background needed to create a successful client/customer relationship in helping people find a new home. There is nothing more satisfying than helping his customers in making what will probably be one of the biggest purchase of their lives. Nothing makes me feel better than to reach a positive conclusion for his buyers and sellers of real estate. David's background in commercial real estate has also led to numerous new businesses entering and relocating to the Oshkosh area, along with expansion of existing businesses to help continue their growth in our market area.
