About David

I started in the real estate business in 2007. I worked for another firm as a sales agent and enjoyed selling homes to the public. At the time we were receiving numerous calls for property management, which we did not do. My broker decided to allow us to start in this field as me being the property manager. We started the business with no clients and within two years we were managing 60+ properties. My broker decided to sell that part of the business to me at which time, I started Sterling Properties and Management.
We are a full service firm, dealing in sales and specializing in Property Management. We currently cover an area from Harrisonburg to Crozet in the East, to Warm Springs and Fincastle.
