As a full-time Real Estate agent for Berkshire Hathaway Penfed Realty and with over 18 plus years in real estate my knowledge of the Delaware Coastal area along with the experience to orchestrate and complete real estate transactions has allowed me to provide Sellers and Buyers the quality service they deserve.

Born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware I had the pleasure to lifeguard as a young man in Rehoboth and South Bethany Beach. After graduating from Valley Forge Military Academy in Wayne, PA. and studying at the University of Delaware I moved to Manhattan in New York City and became a Real Estate agent in midtown Manhattan specializing in leasing Restaurants and Retail stores. Among the many clients I represented was Starbucks, McDonalds's, Barnes & Noble Bookstores, Florsheim Shoes and Subway sandwiches along with numerous Hi-Profile Restaurants such as Charlie Palmer Steak houses, Dallas BBQ Restaurant chain, Bobby Flays restaurant group, Sbarro Inc. and Patsy's Pizzeria Restaurant chain. After 21 years in Manhattan I relocated back to my hometown of Rehoboth Beach and received my real estate license in 2005 and became a full-time Delaware Realtor.

My career in real estate has been about developing lasting professional relationships with my clients and coupled with dedication to client service, a strong work ethic and high professional standards which allows me to continue to serve my clients with all aspects of their real estate needs.
