David Trump

Originally from Louisville, KY, David spent the first five years of his career as an actor, performing across the country in Colorado, Texas, Alabama, and Tennessee. But it was not long before his career brought him back to Greater Cincinnati, where he spent nine months at Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival as the resident Tour Manager, bringing the classics to schools across the tri-state region. However, once the Coronavirus brought his job to a halt, David knew it was time to dust off some of his other skills and get his real estate license.

Since May 2019, David has been working at Ken Perry Realty in a variety of positions from Ken Perry's Executive Assistant, commercial real estate, and to today where he almost wholly serves buyers and sellers in navigating the ever-changing residential market. While David has not completely given up his craft, he knows the value of not having all your eggs in one basket, and loves getting to work with a team of seasoned professionals who know the business and know exactly what to do to sell your property or find you a new one!
