David was awesome from the beginning. I told him I was looking to buy within 30-45 days and he made it happen. First house I looked at wound up being the one, which was really surprising for me considering how crazy the market has been in Reno. Once I made up my mind, he had everything ready to go including a nice website with a to-do list and timelines for completion. He was very wise on the VA home loan process as well, which helped me a ton! I ended up moving in with ZERO out of pocket expenses and everything finalized with absolutely no hassle or inconvenience at all. Incredibly professional and hard working. Whenever I had a question he was always available via text or a quick phone call. Whenever we had problems or concerns he went to bat for us and made sure we were taken care of. During our home viewing, David was always prepared and able to answer questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he would always get back to us. He had our best interest, and we never felt pressured by him to place offers on homes or he was misleading us in any way. We were pretty aggressive in our house search as we had a baby on the way, and it felt daunting and tiresome, but as soon as we started working with David, our luck and attitude turned around. Unbeknownst to him, I put several other realtors up to the challenge of earning my listing -- the involvement that he put towards the pricing of my house (noting my specific upgrades, doing a drive by, and more) was leaps and bounds above the "comps" i got emailed from other realtors. It was my first time purchasing a home using the VA loan. David took the time to explain the whole process with me every step of the way; whenever there was any potential issue, David helped resolve the problem immediately.

Our experience with David was top notch from the beginning. We didn’t initially have an agent, but found a house we wanted to see. I had been following him on Instagram (great social media presence) and he responded within 10 minutes that he could help us out. 15 minutes later we had an appointment to see the property the next day. Long story short, we didn’t initially get the house. David was encouraging and assured us we were on the right path. He also put in the extra effort to include a letter about our family as well as a picture, which I thought was a great touch. We ended up with the house! David has always been extremely available and quick and respond to any texts or emails. He has kept us in the loop and always took the initiative to provide us with updates before we ever felt as though we needed to ask what was going on in the process. As we were out of state buyers, David shouldered additional responsibilities in being our home scout and videographer. The 2017 housing market in Reno is soaring and David Tully just swooped right in and snagged a beautiful and perfect house for us. The house had 12 bids after just two days on the market but he helped us find the "sweet spot" and how sweet it was. He went out of his way to help us get bids on the backyard problem and negotiated with the seller for quick results. We did all this with 400 miles between us and Reno. My husband and I met David at an open house right at the beginning of our home search, and ended up contacting him to see if he could help us find a home to purchase in the Reno area. We were first-time home buyers, living in the Bay Area, so we needed someone who had the experience, knowledge, and patience to walk us through this process. David consistently went above and beyond our expectations during the search for a home. We came to Reno to look at houses on short notice, and he was able to show us an impressive number of properties over 2 days. He quickly gained an understanding of what neighborhoods would suit us, what style of houses we would like, and we made an offer after only 2 days of looking. During escrow, he consistently provided us with updates, and would respond to every email within an hour at the most.
