We had such a good experience searching for and buying our first home with David. David is very patient and answered any question we had and led us through every step of the way. We really appreciated his willingness to provide any advice and opinions we asked for while leaving us in the driver’s seat and allowing us to make all the ultimate decisions. His communication is very consistent and timely, which was really helpful in managing my anxiety throughout the process. David made home buying from across the country very easy. He was always ready to send over info over to us regarding homes we were interested in. He is always at the customer's disposal and very thorough in his work to ensure there are no gray area's associated with selling or buying a house. He does an amazing job of pointing out things that you might not notice when looking at a house and informing you of all the good and bad with a house so you can make the most informed decision possible. While I hope we stay in the house we ended up purchasing for many years to come, it would be a pleasure to work with David again.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. David was a referral from someone that has used him to buy and sell their houses for decades! David's communication was spot on, I don't think we waited longer than a few minutes to hear back from him regarding a showing or when we were in the buying process. His knowledge is 10 star, he is exceptionally knowledgeable with what to look for when viewing a house and is great at explaining any pros and cons to you. It was a pleasure selling a home using David as my realtor. We were able to get listed quickly, with great photos, and David gave us great tips for things we could do to improve curb appeal and drive traffic to our property. Based on his competitive market analysis, we were able to get under contract at asking quickly and everything went smoothly from there. Don't think I'll be buying or selling again anytime soon, but he would be my first call if it was needed.
