About Davis & Hodges

As Myrtle Beach/Conway area native, I know the characteristics and unique features of all neighborhoods and condos along the coast and inland. I grew up in the historic city of Conway- which is just a few miles from the beach. I attended Coastal Carolina University and The University of South Carolina where I obtained a degree in English Education and a Masters in Administration. I worked as an English teacher and an administrator in the local school district and has been working as a real estate consultant since. My desire is to find the ideal property and match for clients - whether it is a primary home in a rural area with hundreds of acres or an oceanfront condo the buyer has or will never see- but will use only as an investment and anything in between.
After experiencing corporate relocations and home purchases that took me over 3000 miles from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Washington state and additional relocations to Tennessee and back home to Myrtle Beach, I personally know the challenges associated with finding the perfect home in a limited amount of time. My knowledge of local schools, communities, and service providers has helped clients to transition smoothly and eagerly call Myrtle Beach “HOME”. I like to monitor market trends and provides up-to-date information to clients so they can make the most well-informed decisions. I LOVE the real estate industry, and it affords me many opportunities to meet new people who ultimately become friends. Real estate is a lifestyle ...not a job. I have dedicated myself to helping others completely with one of the most important decisions in their life. I became partners with Kim Davis in 2011 so we could provide superior services to both buyers and seller with a designated assistant, marketing assistant, and more personalized service to help buyers and sellers achieve goals.
