About Dawn

As a 3rd generation Realtor, I went into this business when the 2007 Real Estate market started to crash. I did this on advice of my dad who said when your ready to start this profession do it when the market is down. His thinking was if you can learn to do Real Estate in a bad market that experience will stay with you throughout your career. His philosophy paid off; I jumped in with my 1st transaction being a short sale. The other advice he gave me was to "put my clients first and the rest will follow". Being a Realtor today is challenging and it takes dedication, compassion, hard work, ethics and a desire to help people on their journey. I love that about my job. I wake up every day with something new and exciting happening. I never really know what to expect but I do know that whatever the day brings, I will embrace it with a can-do attitude! I love my Job and I love my clients!

After meeting Dawn at an Open House, we decided, that she was the person we wanted to work with to find our next home. Dawn's approach is professional, yet relaxed. She's always available and ready to respond to questions, but, she was never pushy or aggressive. It's apparent that Dawn enjoys helping her clients find a new home, and just as importantly, she enjoys being there for them while they are acclimating to their new surroundings. She's proven to be a great asset to us while relocating! Highly recommended.

Dawn is extremely knowledgeable about the Warrenton, VA and surrounding areas. She is honest, and tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. She is accessible, and communicates with you in the manner you prefer (text, voice, email, etc.). She follows through after the sale, and she has provided us with many recommendations for services, restaurants, etc. that have made the transition into a new neighborhood more pleasant. I would highly recommend Dawn to my friends and coworkers, and should we ever need a realtor again, I would not hesitate to call her.
