Dawn became a licensed NC/SC Real Estate Broker in 2007. She graduated from Allen Tate’s School of Real Estate and was nominated to receive the Winner’s Edge Leadership Award. She obtained immediate success in the industry & was recruited by Wilkinson ERA where she practiced for 10 years. She consistently was awarded ERA’s Circle of Achievement/Honor and by 2015 ranked in the top 10% of ERA agents nationwide. Prior to her career in RE, Dawn graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Education from Lock Haven University & attended Yale University’s School Reform training under the Child Development Study Program. She worked for Union County Public schools as a teacher and School Reform Facilitator where she wrote & secured federal grants, built financial & volunteer partnerships with businesses, developed parent programs, trained staff, and presented at the state level.
Dawn offers an array of services ranging from home valuation, customized marketing plans, assistance in staging, decorating, painting, obtaining mortgage, insurance, relocation, home repair and warranty services. She specializes in listing and marketing homes, first time home buyers, relocation, new construction, and investment properties.
