Dawn and Alyssa were absolutely amazing. From the first time meeting Dawn at an open house, my husband and I witnessed her sincere kindness. We never felt pressured or pushed, which we haven’t really experienced before from a realtor. She was always ready and willing to help us and walked with us EVERY step of the way. She went above and beyond, from staging to listing, to selling! Our house sold in 3 weeks in the middle of summer! She is one of the most sincere, kind people I know. We were so blessed by her and Alyssa. It was an amazing experience from start to finish!! Highly, highly recommend! I don’t believe you can find better service and delivery than this team!

We recently worked with Dawn Lutzi Bray for the sale of our Florida home. Being somewhat new to this area we were unfamiliar with the many agents selling real estate. The two previous agents we used in the area were very marginal to say the least even though they were highly recommended to us. Having said that, we were very weary as to whom we could trust with selling our home. Because of the outstanding service we received from Dawn we felt compelled to write this recommendation to help others who might be searching for an agent. If you are looking for a real estate agent with integrity, excellent knowledge of the market and experience, we highly recommend Dawn Lutzi Bray, Premiere Plus Realty Co. We have bought and sold many homes in our lifetime (Michigan and Florida) and Dawn stands above all the agents we have worked with. Not once did we feel she was "just trying to make a sale" for her own financial interest, but worked to get a deal we would be happy and satisfied with. Her hard work and marketing efforts resulted in a sale at over 98% of listing price in a matter of weeks. I also believe our buyers appreciated her integrity as she made every effort to make the closing and transition as smooth as possible. Not once did Dawn fail to address our concerns or to get answers on our behalf. Part of our listing was handled with us out of town and we never felt we had to be concerned. Dawn is an extremely hard worker and was always available. No reservations whatsoever to recommend Dawn.

Dawn was extremely professional and knowledgeable to work with. We currently live in PA and were buying our first Airbnb in FL, she was there for us every step of the way. We had a rather terrible experience with our lender, but Dawn was always there to help guide us through the process and assure us of the next necessary steps. If it wasn’t for Dawn, I don’t think this purchase would have been possible. It didn’t matter what time of day it was, she was always available for us and always answered our texts/calls/emails. Personable, Professional, Responsive and Supreme Service are the words to describe our super agent, Dawn Bray. What a huge blessing and great relief to have found Dawn from afar! Buying a home from a distance is no easy task for most, but especially for very visually dependent people like us. After an excellent phone meetup, Dawn went to work, and in short order was able to help us find a super property, get us extensive video, draft a winning offer, submitted before lunch and accepted before bedtime!

I'd say Dawn has great instincts, moved with lightening speed, not skipping any details, she is very helpful and thorough. Even after our offer was accepted, Dawn did not stop being of service, connecting us with contractors, inspectors, and a good legal team to a successful closing in an unfamiliar and very competitive market.

We love the project/property, confident we'll enjoy working on it this next year before we make it our home. Dawn and her assistant and lovely daughter, Alyssa make a great team. SIX STARS! Dawn took fantastic care of us from start to finish. We had to do everything remote to snag a great canal property in this insane 2021 market. She helped us develop a winning buying strategy on a white hot Naples SFH. Dawn worked cheerfully and patiently to provide us videos on numerous properties of interest. She guided us skillfully through the ins and outs of the local buying process that is specific to Naples. Dawn arranged for and met numerous service providers at the property on our behalf. My own real estate brokerage in VA focuses on providing world class personalized real estate service. So, I do know a thing or two about client care. My only regret is that I have but 5 stars to give to our favorite SW FL real estate agent! Great job Dawn!

Two years ago, when my husband and I were looking for a rental in the Bonita Springs area, I contacted my former colleague, Dawn Lutzi Bray. She was kind enough to spend a few hours with us and showed us several beautiful spots. I was impressed because Dawn didn’t just open the door and point out various features of each condo. She also knew about the fees, the amenities, the surrounding area and what would make this a good spot for us. She did this at each condo and we found a great place to spend the winter months.
During this past year, we decided to stop renting and buy a condo of our own. Once again, Dawn was on hand to guide us through each step of the process. Dawn is an unbelievable realtor in. We were introduced to her by inquiring about an MLS listing found on the internet. It wasn’t her listing, but by the time we met to view the property, she knew everything about the community and specifics of the house. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, or followed up with the listing agent. Responsiveness is Dawn’s forte. Of course plus congeniality.
