Since most of you don’t know me, I have to let you know I’m old school. I have never posted anything on any social platform before. This will be the exception. I had such an extraordinary, positive experience, I had to share. Dawn was recommended to me by another client of hers with a glowing review. She put the “For Sale” sign out around 10am and by that night I had 4 showings and 2 solid offers. I never had sold a home before and she totally took care of every detail. If I called, she answered immediately, if I emailed her with any questions, again, she answered immediately. I would give her 100 stars. You can’t go wrong with Dawn.

We have worked with Dawn Cochran for over two years! She patiently helped us to find our downsize home and then helped us through selling our too big, custom home. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive to all calls, texts and emails. She gave us good and honest advice and treated us like family and became a friend for life. It was a difficult process for us to give up a home we built and loved and move to a development for senior living. During this time she sometimes wore her “therapist” hat along with her agent’s hat. Dawn was everything I needed as a realtor. She sold our house quickly and was able to provide excellent resources to get my home ready to sell.
