I can’t rave enough about how amazing Dawn was at selling my condo! Everything she said during our first meeting was exactly how it all went and more! She gave us helpful tips on what to do prior to putting it on the market and what we would have to do before closing. If it was possible to give 10 stars, I would. I worked with many real estate agents in my career as a mortgage banker, and Dawn was always impeccably professional. When we got ready to sell our home 23 years ago, she was our first and only call. Subsequently we have bought and sold twice with Dawn, and she has helped both our sons and daughters-in-law, and they think as highly of her as we do. Dawn knows the St Louis real estate market inside and out, buying or selling, moderately priced or very expensive. She’s never sent us down the wrong road, and she won’t you either.

Dawn Gluesenkamp was the listing agent on our current home! I drove by the house, NOT looking to move, but I called the number on the sign and she met me at the house! The rest is history! Dawn made the process really easy, although our situation wasn’t! We needed to snatch up this house but hadn’t even put our house up for sale! We had to secure a bridge loan, etc. Dawn was very helpful every step of the way through the day we closed! But her skills, friendship, and professionalism didn’t stop there! She has continued to stay in touch via her helpful newsletters, market analysis info, treats, logo items, and just being there as a supportive neighbor and friend! If we need a plumber, a handyman, or an electrician, Dawn is my go-to person to ask for referrals! She knows the market in a bullseye range of areas in and around west county where she is well-known and a go-to agent for listing homes as well as representing buyers in the area. I know she has expanded greatly in every geographical direction because I see her listings everywhere! In our Pointe Clayton subdivision she has had repeat listings where I know I’ve seen her sell the same home 2-3-4x! She is very well respected in the community and when we eventually sell our home her name will be on the sign out front! She is truly a top agent, works extremely hard for her clients’ benefit, and goes above and beyond in every way possible!

A villa in an area that I liked came on the market as “coming soon”. Dawn was instrumental to help me to get prepared financially, with pre approval and putting the contract together for me. This new home was exactly what I wanted and Dawn knew how to work in this seller’s market. She put me in touch with a banker, a painter, a mover, and directed me to inspectors and an appraiser. She then sold my townhouse in a week for more than the asking price. Dawn was there every step of the process. I had been looking to move and met Dawn at an open house. We kept in contact for more than 2 years and she has been very patient to help me.
