I moved from New Hampshire to Saint Augustine in 1995. Having grown up in New England I had fallen in love with the charm of the historical surroundings, the quaint villages, the stone walls and covered bridges. Although I loved the climate of northern Florida, I didn't want to sacrifice the beauty of New England. I then discovered Saint Augustine. When I say it is a piece of paradise, I do not exagerate. Take all of the beauty and charm of New England or a quaint European village and add the feel of tropical breezes, the sound of crashing ocean waves, and the smell of jasmine in the springtime.
