Dawn has been a Realtor since 2018. She is also a licensed Auctioneer in the state of Texas which allows her to assist clients with estate liquidation – auctioning both personal property and Real Estate.
Dawn had a distinguished 20 plus year career in the newspaper industry where she achieved many of her goals and became a Regional Director over 5 states and several large newspapers like the Waco Tribune-Herald, Fort Worth Star Telegram, Kansas City Star, and Tulsa World newspapers. Her area of expertise was handling customer retention and relations. When the multi-million-dollar corporation she worked for started caring less about customers, she decided it was time to go into business for herself where she could make a difference in people’s lives. She already had extensive experience in sales and marketing so real estate seemed like a good fit.
Dawn’s mission is to do everything in her power to help people achieve their home ownership dreams. She has developed many relationships with contractors, lenders, title companies, and financial advisors that help make the journey of buying and selling a little smoother and she is happy to share that knowledge and expertise with others. She works with investors that purchase homes and then manages their properties for them.
Dawn loves the outdoors and since her family has had a lake home most her life, she specializes in selling lake properties at Lake Limestone, Lake Mexia, and Richland Chambers Lake.
Dawn’s hobbies include a love for antiques and she and her husband own a small antique shop in the Robinson Waco area.
