But Dawn and her team were absolutely integral in making our move across the country as smooth as possible. Dawn was fantastic for us. She helped us find a home despite: 1) the COVID situation happening, 2) Being in PA and looking for a home in WI, and 3) my fiancee and I being first time home buyers. The Dawn Levandoski Team is packed with high class and experience. I needed a new realtor in "a pinch" and met with multiple. Dawn floored me with her preparation for our meeting and her professionalism. We were able to sell quickly, near our desired sale price **between Thanksgiving and Christmas**. Dawn is current on all real estate laws pertaining to home sale contingencies, VA loans, etc. She was even able to give me advice for our home purchase, although she wasn't my agent (not using Dawn to purchase our new home was a huge mistake).
