Originally honing her skills in medial sales, Dawn Marie has transitioned that with great success to real estate, both stemming from the same motivation to help others. She has spent years involved in local politics, non-profit organizations and civic work including humanitarian work in Central America, founding president of Easton Women of Today, School Board and Chatham Conservation Commission.

Dawn Marie differentiates herself not only by her unwavering passion to help others and through her firsthand experience serving on numerous town board and committees both off and on Cape. After 20-plus years vacationing, and now living year-round in Chatham, Dawn Marie is thrilled to share her expansive knowledge of the Cape Cod real estate market with others. As a board member of the Chatham Women’s Club, Cape League Baseball Host family, Atwood House Museum and Historical Society Volunteer, and two-time winner of the public Servant of the year award, Dawn Marie is a respected and valued member of her community.
