Dawn McCurdy has been an active member of the real estate community since 1985 and is the Broker and Owner of McCurdy Real Estate Group, Inc. in Latham, New York established in 2004. Dawn is not your average real estate broker. And has built her reputation as one of the most trusted and successful real estate brokers in Albany New York’s Capital Region. Her brokerage has become one of the premier real estate agencies in the area, thanks to the dedication and expertise of Dawn, her dedicated team, and the thousands of families and friends who trusted and referred her.

Born and raised in Albany, Dawn attended Bishop Maginn and is a graduate of SCCC with a paralegal degree. Dawn currently resides in Colonie with her husband Phil and beautiful twin daughters who are in college, Amber and Taylor. She is very active within the community through her involvement with the Colonie Chamber of Commerce, seated on the Board of Directors, supporter for the American Heart Association, and (CAN) Capital Area Networking professionals.

Beyond her personal engagement in the community, McCurdy Real Estate also promotes volunteerism and was the proud recipient of the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Colonie Chamber of Commerce. Her company provides events including mass recycling and shredding community events, an annual pie appreciation event for clients, as well as conducting public and private seminars at various banks and corporations for their employees.
