Dawn McKim

Dawn McKim-Garcia has been a real estate agent for 23 years. She specializes in sales and leasing in the Lake South and surrounding areas of Austin. Dawn was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and attended the University of New Orleans.

After moving to Austin in the spring of 1994, Dawn immediately fell in love with this beautiful city. It was the perfect fit for her and her daughter, as she learned that the schools in this area are among the best. Once Dawn was settled, she made many new contacts and began working for one of Austin’s top real estate producers. While working for several years at one of Lakeway’s leading real estate offices, Dawn became very knowledgeable with the real estate market, so she decided to acquire her real estate license.

Newly licensed, Dawn went to work for a property management company and was directly responsible for all rentals and sales. She quickly became one of the top rental agents in the Lake South area, leasing over 120 properties per year. As her knowledge of the area and business grew, so did her network of satisfied clients and friends. By developing and maintaining relationships with my clients, she is happy to welcome a great deal of repeat business.

After 7 years with the management company Dawn wanted to further her career in real estate, and she is now with Coldwell Banker. This top-notch office has some of the top producers in Austin, and a wonderful group of agents that welcomed me to the team. Dawn is proud to be part of such a dedicated team of associates who work together and focus on client satisfaction above all.
