Dawn N. Reid is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the local board of Realtors (MAR), a full member of the MLS, and is a licensed Realtor, Property Manager, and Broker-Associate. In addition to becoming a broker-associate, Dawn is a member of The Center for Luxury Home Marketing, has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and a certificate in Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA. These additional certifications and designations distinguish her from most Brokers-associates and Realtors in her market.

When Dawn is away from Real Estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, watching movies, and swimming.
