Growing up in Western Pennsylvania in the home that her great grandparents built, Dawn has always cherished the value of family and history. Her journey took her abroad during high school when she studied in Mexico for a year, broadening her cultural horizons and deepening her appreciation for diverse perspectives. After earning her Communications degree from Bethany College in West Virginia, she moved to the bustling Washington DC area and has been a licensed Realtor in VA since 2004. Now, she has found her peace in the stunning Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont, where she enjoys nature and the sense of community that the region offers. An avid traveler, Dawn draws on her global perspective to better connect with clients during their buying and selling journeys. As a listing agent she distinguishes herself through marketing using staging and professional photography to maximize property appeal.
