With her contagious smile and genuine personality, Dawnell quickly draws people in and turns one time clients into lifelong friendships. Dawnell has 20 plus years of experience as a REALTOR providing her with deep understanding, knowledge and experience in all aspects of realty. Having experience from first time home buyer, military relocation, residential developments, new construction, estate sales and everything in between. Having been born in Ogden, Utah and later settling in West Haven, Utah and with many moves in between, Dawnell understands the importance of making a house become a home. She is passionate about creating that same opportunity and making it become a reality for her clients. Dawnell is wife of 23 years with 4 beautiful children whom she loves so much. Dawnell enjoys and believes in being actively involved with her community. She carries out her belief by volunteering with programs throughout her church and schools. She is currently an active member of West Haven City Council and has done so for the past 4 years. In her spare time she enjoys politics, her faith, assisting in youth programs, water skiing, wake boarding and wake surfing with her family.
