Dayana is a super realtor. I could not be more pleased with the service my family received. She is knowledgeable, honest, accessible and hardworking. She helped us find and close on a home after only 10 weeks. That is fantastic, given the current housing market. I will definitely refer her to my friends and family.

Not only is she a great realtor but, she goes above and beyond for her clients. She has ultimately made my house buying and moving from California a breeze. She would tell me in real estate anything could happen, which was most definitely true. During our house buying process we hit a few snags (not on her at all)(random craziness) but, she was there helping every step and making sure I didn’t get overwhelmed. I would give her 10 starts if it was allowed. She is my forever referral if anyone needs a Relator in VA.

I’m happy I stuck with my gut-feeling when leaving my 1st Realtor Agent and being placed with Dayana! I’m a 1st time home buyer, a prior Service Veteran and here’s my story!

I started my home-buying journey by YouTubing and Googling. They sure as hell didn’t teach many of us about “credit” or “property” in school. I was put onto this app called “Homesnap”. It is more up-to-date than others on ALL listings and simply useful af! I called customer support through “Zillow after falling out with my previous Agent and Lender. I was put in touch with Dayana. I explained how stressful my situation was and what I was looking for on the market as her new business partner. She helped me better formulate a game plan from there.

Yes... I may have had my doubts due to very days recent and former Realtor Agent experience. Dayana... superseded my expectations with (1)professionalism, (2)good taste (3)great energy (4)an eye for quality beyond surface level imagery and (5)positive vibes “right out the gate”. I introduced myself while stating to her “mam btw, don’t tell me what I want to hear like my last... please tell me more what I need to hear/know” and her response was - “lol oh I’m gone keep it real; Trust me, I wouldn’t sell you anything I wouldn’t want to live in”... LOL. Ok! It felt genuine and Intuition knew I was no longer in sinking sand from there.

Dayana went through numerous properties with me after I’ve searched them on what’s called the “Matrix”. I always left at least 1 or 2 screens up for that and “Homesnap”. I’d refresh them both after email alerts came.

I wanted a home that didn’t just (1) look good but (2)felt the same. It was tough to find this and at the right time before others but you got to stay vigilant. I started realizing I either liked the pictures of listings and it didn’t feel the same after I entering (ex: square feet).

I communicated to my new Agent a lot. My thoughts and feelings I mean everything. All helped hone in on my search results and modify my more meticulous aspirations. Dayana was able to adapt and update in time and with patience! Very understanding and shows empathy. She kept it 100!

With Dayana, you don’t feel like you’re speaking with some shady dealer that you need to keep 1 eye on while your other is looking around the property. I learned new differences between something I like, versus something I love. The “as long as I have a roof over my head” mentality was obsolete because this primary home to investment is like potential for building equity and as good as it already is I can’t wait to work on those little imperfections...since previous owners don’t always take as much pride as you’d expect when finding a place of interest.

Dayana is a quality over quantity driven professional and still a believer of “it all depends on how comfortable YOU feel at the end of the day”. I needed to be completely in-tune with my emotions when comparing homes not just my logical reasoning. The upside was having a logical reasoning/balanced emotions style Realtor Agent as a partner to help me better balance the glam life versus what I had to spend!

Dayana’s analytical skills are amazing and complimenting to her responsiveness. Makes time for clients to communicate whenever we have something dire to inquire or say. This agent literally goes above and beyond in a professional way for her clients. Dayana go hard in the paint. That’s how solid her actions match her words. Very little room for indecisiveness when she speaks because she’s already done her research and/or has a plan/will.

I’m not one to compliment make a lot of reviews. If you’ve seen my track record for how helpful my detail-oriented commentary is when I do then you know that I’m not a stranger to good quality. This Realtor Agent has it in the bag so don’t be fooled by looks or whatever your prior experiences were. I’m proof in the pudding and searching reviews I made will show how much I’ve helped many in need like myself along the way.
