I met Dea Cann on my search for a home, and I am so happy our paths met. Most of the realtors that I previously worked with seemed to try to push me into houses that were nowhere near what I was asking for. I was almost ready to give up and just keep renting when I met Dea. She really surprised me when she started telling me about, and showing me houses. She would first say what the house did not have that I wanted before we looked at them. Dea showed me a whole lot of houses before we found the perfect home. She never got upset with me and never tried to rush me. After the search was over she took care of most of the other things that have to be done before closing. She even put a fan under the house after the home inspector said the humidity was a little high, it was re checked and passed that time. You can tell that Dea really loves doing her work by her It will happen attitude and the awesome resources that she uses from start to finish to get you into your new home.

I found Dea when I clicked a home online to view. She went above and beyond the call of duty for me, and I would highly recommend her for either buying or selling a home. She has also become a good friend.
