About Dean
As a lifelong "Memphian," Dean has his thumb on the Memphis and West Tennessee real estate market. Dean went to high school at Germantown High in Germantown, TN, which is a suburb right outside of Memphis. Dean is also a graduate of The University of Memphis and has been a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Mississippi since 2002.
Dean started his real estate career in New Construction Homes Sales in 2002 until 2007 when the market began to fall. Realizing that we were in for a huge market change, the desire to get into the foreclosure evaluation sector of real estate was going to be the next opportunity to sell real estate. Dean began completing BPOs (Broker Price Opinion) for large mortgage companies that needed valuations of their assets here in TN and MS.
"Completing 175-250 BPOs per month gave me the knowledge to tell an investor or buyer exactly what they are paying for and for what they should pay. That experience launched me into Investment real estate for myself and in representing other investors" - Dean Harris
Over the past 10 years, Dean has been solely focused on investment real estate and helping other investors build their portfolios and liquidate their portfolios from single-family homes to multi-family properties in Memphis. In 2018, Dean led all real estate agents in the city of Memphis in real estate transactions and we, as a team, are enormously proud of all the investors we were able to help.
