Deana Perkins

I moved to Brookings, Oregon from California in 1990 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I raised my son here and ended up finding my perfect career in real estate. I have had the pleasure of working with Blue Pacific Realty since March 2005 as the Office Manager. In 2019 I kept thinking about how much I wanted to become a Real Estate Broker. So, in January 2020 I was able to achieve this goal and become a Broker/Realtor. I am so proud to be working in this office and that I was able to accomplish my goal with my extended family.

I am excited, very enthusiastic and ready to help you make the right move to your new destination. That might be a new home here in Brookings or possibly selling your home and helping you get to where your new adventure begins.

If you like the outdoors, Brookings has so much to offer. My family and I love to spend time exploring the beauty of the mountains and the rivers while kayaking, camping or riding our quads. The beaches in our area are so gorgeous, sometimes taking a few minutes on my break to watch the waves and have lunch or watch the sunsets, which is a relaxing, breathtaking way to end the day.

Before going into real estate, I worked in many different types of customer service jobs. Some of those jobs were in various retail stores including management positions. When I first moved to Brookings I worked for the local newspaper as an Advertising Representative. I had a large clientele and I helped with their advertising layout, design and sales. After 11 years in advertising, my sister and I opened and operated a retail party supplies store here in Brookings for about 3 years. After that I worked for a local bank as a teller and finally, I went to work for Blue Pacific Realty and started my career in real estate.
