Deane Ramoni, a 26-year resident of California’s Monterey Peninsula, has represented Bratty and Bluhm as a Realtor® for the last 12 years.
Trained to represent buyers and sellers, Deane uses her research skills to learn all the facts about each property so there are no surprises. She has developed a successful approach to preparing each property for sale and will “go the extra mile” for her clients, including staging when necessary.
Deane is known for her calm demeanor and ever-present cheerfulness. Her passion for real estate is evident in her determination to overcome the myriad of challenges presented by each transaction. She is an attentive listener who is sincere and sensitive, and works collaboratively with her clients, maintaining communication throughout the process.
A graduate of the Realtor® Institute, Deane pursued her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, which is awarded to just three percent of real estate agents across the country. She also earned Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
Prior to joining Bratty and Bluhm, she worked for the California State Automobile Association for 31 years.
Deane received her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the California State Automobile Association, completed her Internet certification program (e-Pro) and is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).
In her free time, she enjoys tennis, golf, cross-country skiing, and traveling. Deane also has a daughter and two grandchildren and recently became a great grandmother.
