I'm a 10th generation Floridian with roots in St Augustine that date back Centuries. I've always adored St Augustine and enjoy everything this beautiful City has to offer. I've been married to my soul mate for 25 years and have two wonderful children and two amazing grandchildren. Most of our time is spent with our large family around the water, boating, fishing or just relaxing and enjoying each other and our surroundings.

I decided to join Watson Realty in 2016 to pursue my interest in becoming a Realtor. After 2 years of administration with the company, I decided to join this team as a Licensed Realtor and continue with my dream of helping people buy and sell their homes in this great place! With my 13 years experience in Marketing, Finance and Customer Service w/ Citibank, my years as an Appraiser Trainee and 25 years of owning our own Residential Construction Business, I feel I offer a well-rounded expertise for my customer's needs.

I have worked with several different agents in the past and decided to go with Dede from a friends recommendation. I am so glad I did. She was there every step of the way; before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. She always had my back and kept me updated every step of the way. This was in regards to the selling of a relatives probated property, so it was also an emotional time for our family.
If you are looking for a realtor who you can trust, I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Dede Boyles is a real estate professional with Watson Real Estate here in St Augustine. She handled a property for me and with in days I was under contract. She kept me up to date and took care of everything. All I had to do was to sign my name and collect my check. I will use her again for all my real estate needs. Dede helped me list my oceanfront condo and purchase my new home. She was very professional giving me great advice on listing price, best location for me to look at for my new home and negotiating both of the contracts.
