I first met Deb 10 years ago when we were putting our Bridgewater home on the market for sale , then again I contacted her last spring to help me buy my own home. She made the process very seamless by connecting me with a mortgage broker and then when I decided to buy a mobile home helping me with this process as well, from negotiating with the sellers and the home prices and helping with the bank process! She was always open and honest with her opinions when we were looking at houses of all types. She was great to work with very knowledgeable and caring!!! I definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the south shore area!!!!

My experience with Ms. Deborah Sanborn (Broker Extraordinaire) was amazing! As most may know, purchasing a home, (especially if you're a first time homebuyer), can be daunting and stressful.. There were times where I just wanted to give up, especially after seeing about 15 homes. I remember Deborah seeing my aggravation and told me, don't worry, the home God has for you is here, we just haven't found it yet. A little patients goes a long way.. Sure enough the last house I saw was everything I was looking for. I mean EVERYTHING!!! Right away Deborah sent an offer and the sellers accepted right away.. The process was fast and painless.. Nothing came up at all. The sellers were amazing, It was like they were waiting for me! I wouldn't have found me dream home if it was the shear determination and hard work of Deb.. I could call her morning, noon and night and she ALWAYS answered my call! If you're looking for someone to work hard for you, Ms. Sanborn is that person.. She will NOT disappoint.. I knew I was going to take a huge hit on my home because the septic was not title 5 compliant. Deb has a whole network of people to help get the things done that I couldn't. There was not a single moment in my time working with Deb where I felt anxiety, stress, or any form of disapproval in any way.
Deb works fast while still maintaining an easy going, very relatable type of personality that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable at all times.
Every time I had a concern, I simply reached out to Deb, and sure enough she would respond in a timely matter making sure the issue was resolved and asking if I had any more questions for her. I was never up worrying about things because she was on top of everything — sometimes before the words could even come out of my mouth!
This is a great woman who balances professionalism and relatability. In truth, I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else; nor would I ever want to.
