About Debbie

Debbie is a native of Randleman, North Carolina. She first came to Greenville to attend East Carolina University and later returned with her husband Terry to the home of the Pirates, her favorite eastern North Carolina town. Both of their children were born in Greenville. Kellie Allen Brown is married to Clay Brown with daughters Dayla, Bailey, and Reagan; and John Allen is married to Hannah Allen who live in Virginia Beach with son Asher and daughters Adrielle and Selah. They are members of Covenant Methodist Church. She enjoys playing piano and attending ECU football games, plays, concerts, gymnastic meets, soccer games, and softball games. Most of all…just playing with her family! Debbie has been a broker at Aldridge & Southerland since 1989 a member of the Pitt Greenville Association of Realtors and North Carolina Association of Realtors. Post licensing designations include ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), and SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist).
