When I first started looking into selling my condominium a year and a half ago I found a local real estate agent who said he had the experience and team to help me with this, but that sure wasn’t the case. And while I was finding this out I made an even bigger mistake by contacting Monarch Realty Partners about selling the whole building and converting the part condo part apartment building back into an apartment building. This didn’t work out either, as they lacked the integrity and/or experience to tell the difference between a potential buyer who had just sold some property and was ready to buy more from one who needed to sell something first. I started looking for a real estate agent who had the experience, integrity and team to sell my place and finally found it the third time when I contacted Debbie Geveras. She and her team were able to help from start to finish, and was especially helpful in getting the mortgage company to process the paperwork needed to finish the sale. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs, I wish I would have started with her in the first place.
