Deb & Jerry did a fantastic job selling my home. Their unique company offering the seller lower closing costs allowed me to sell a home that I only owned for 7 months. Without them it would not have been possible. They are knowledgeable about the business and professional. They came to my home with a nice spiral bound book for me with my home of the front, complete with neighborhood comps and information on pending sales. I've purchased a home before and I never received something so nice and in color. If this is your first time buying/selling you need to know that you need a team that will respond to your calls/emails promptly. Deb was always prompt. My home sold in two days and it was a complete seamless process with no stress on my part. I would recommend that anyone selling a home use this team to receive great full service for a lower cost. You can't beat that! I can't thank them enough.

Deb is very professional and easy to work with. She offered suggestions on low-cost changes that I could make that would improve the appearance of my property, things that I had not thought of doing. Deb was very good about responding to my phone calls and was very easy to talk to.

I tried to sell by owner with no luck. I had many realtors call me and told me they had a marketing program for people who sell by owner. One of these realtors my girlfriend went to high school with so I had him come to the house as he told me it would only take 20 mins. He was there for 60 mins. telling me how great he was and 7% commission was well worth paying him to sell my house. He showed me comps. in the area and suggested listing for $176,900. Long story short he had no marketing program for me as a for sale by owner seller, he just wanted to try and talk me into listing with him. Deb and Jerry of Homes That Click sold my house for $181,900 in 2 days for about 4% commission with all the marketing tools the big realty company's use. I could go on and on how smooth working with them was so FANTASTIC. If you do not use Homes That Click to sell your house you are throwing money away period.
