Debbie Holoman

Having grown up in Raleigh, being married to a Raleigh native, and graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (GO HEELS!), Debbie understands why so many people want to move to Raleigh and call it home.

Working in the advertising industry as a Broadcast Buyer for McKinney & Silver, the largest agency in the Southeast, she developed a passion for negotiating the best deal for her clients. As a mother of three young-adult children who attended Wake County Public Schools in Base-Assignment, Charter, and Magnet Program schools, she has first-hand experience with the public school system. She loves living in central North Carolina and introducing people to this vibrant area, so a career in real estate was the obvious next step.

In 2006, she founded Holoman Realty Group. Her Real Estate Team specializes in Residential Real Estate Sales all over the Greater Triangle Area, NC. They work in 9 counties, assisting buyers and sellers with their most important investment vehicle -- the sale or purchase of a home. They have a network of trusted service providers and professional partners on their Team to make the home buying and/or selling process a smooth one. Their goal is to exceed expectations by providing the best client experience possible -- going above and beyond to bring a deal together and facilitate a smooth transaction.
