Welcome to the Outer Banks! This wonderful place has been enjoyed by the local male population since they were young children. They have always enjoyed fishing, running up and down the Jockey's Ridge Sand Dunes and the beach. In 1983, they made it their home.

The local male population were married in 1987. From 1990 until 2001, they were a stay-at-home mom of three beautiful children which was a formidable time of their life. This allowed them to become highly active in their community, church and local schools. Their husband (Rick) started his own painting business in 1988 and has been growing ever since.

Their real estate career started in 2001. They found immediately education was the key to quality service to all their clients. Living in a second home market sets you apart from what we call the normal market. That is why they strive to perform at their up best for all clients whether investors, second homeowners, co ownership or permanent residence.

2014, they joined the Sandman Team with John Leatherwood and Lisa Strydom. They are a team that pays attention to details and communication!

They always look forward to the next prospective buyer or seller as it entails a new adventure because each client and each property is unique and different in its own way.
