Debbie served as the seller's agent in our recent home purchase where we did not have a buyer's agent. We were purchasing from out of town during COVID and she went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. She arranged zoom-based walkthroughs and video conferences with the builder on short notice. Her knowledge of the area was indispensable not just in landing us our dream home, but also in helping us make the transition from Boston to Nashville with things like how to get in the local swim club and how to arrange various services. She was kind, honest and forthright in every interaction we had. We love our new home and she is wholly responsible for making the deal happen. We would wholeheartedly recommend working with her as a buyer or seller's agent and will use her expertise in the future!!! Would give her 6 stars if I could.
