She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Central Valley Association of Realtors, and National Notary Association. Debbie began as a Notary Public, presenting and notarizing loan documents.

She worked for a mortgage company as a loan officer and obtained her real estate license where she started guiding buyers and sellers through their transaction processes.
